A citizen of Dominica or of any foreign country who previously lived in Dominica may apply for a Certificate of No Criminal Record. You will need to supply a Fingerprint Card which we have in stock and will use to record your fingerprints

When complete, the application should be sent to the Criminal Investigations Department, Police Headquarters, Roseau, Dominica
