Police Clearance Certificate

To obtain a Police Clearance Certificate if you have lived in Thailand you will need to have your fingerprints taken

When applying to Thailand you need to provide:

Three sets of fingerprints - unlike many companies we will print as many as needed, rather than a separate charge for each form

A certified photocopy of valid passport

A certified photocopy of Thai Visa

if you are residing in a foreign country (student visa, work visa, resident visa and others) or a letter requesting for the record checks from the Embassy

Two passport sized photographs

Self-addressed, stamped envelope

A photocopy of Thai work permit (if available)

A certified photocopy of your current visa Document(s) stating that the applicant used to work or reside in Thailand.

Completed application form

Testimony memorandum explaining the purpose of request and which country to use the certificate for (only one country)

Two recent photographs (1 inch or 2 inches)
