National Futures Association

Under the Commodity Exchange Act (Act), all people and companies that trade as futures professionals must register. The principal purpose of registration is to vet an applicant's fitness to engage in business as a futures professional and to identify those individuals and organizations whose activities are subject to federal regulation, wherever you are based worldwide. All individuals and companies that wish to conduct futures-related business with the public must apply for NFA Membership or Associate status

It is your responsibility to demonstrate diligence in the hiring process. Members are required to provide fingerprint cards for each of their relevant staff for registration as associated persons or for approval as a principal. Any individual that is applying to register as an Associated Person, Floor Broker, Floor Trader or to be listed as a Principal must send a completed fingerprint card to the National Futures Association
